Now I know that you have all been missing me........
HELLO!!!! :T
Just thought i would drop by and say hi - Apologies for all, I forget there are people who ARENT on my Facebook lol
Going camping (WHAMPING) this weekend with the kids, have spent all afternoon sorting the stuff out and am getting very excited now
Bad thing that happened today - Next doors rottie cross attacked an older gentleman today - luckily it was just the one bite to the arm - but SOO frustrating as i reported the dog last year for being out of control and was told "we cant do anything until it bites someone"... well, it has..... so what ya gonna do about it? .... not much so it seems!
Hope your all well - If i dont reply i've disappeared back to FB (sorry!) xx0 -
Hugs Dizzi, that sounds horrid x
We went to watch the olympic flame go past, think Elliot was impressed with all the drumming and shouting. I was pretty unimpressed with the olympic stuff and only decided to go at the last minute, but I'm actually quite glad I've seen it, not that a bloke with a torch was all that spectacular, but it was a nice atmosphere
I really need to get sorted out for our weekend away. 70s flares still not made, but at least all the knitting kits are sorted, and I've just designed the publicity posters to go on the stand. I will try and get DH to do the trousers tomorrow, it's impressive that he's the one who knits and knows how to use a sewing machine... it'll take me forever to hand sew them. I have made a 'to take' list though most of it is in the wash at the moment. Mostly covered in butternut squash, really hope it doesn't stain....0 -

:rotfl: nutella !
Can I ask an obvious question? Do you have a slight obsession with nutella??I dare not keep it in the house as hubby would just mainline it lol
...I have no idea how you guessed! :rotfl:I joined MSE when I got pregnant (and subsequently lurked for 8 months before actually starting to post a week before my due date...) and the user name I wanted was already taken. So I had to come up with something else, and Nutella was my number one craving at the time, hence a user name was born... Your hubby has good taste0 -

My hubby would say he yes he has good taste but also that he is very very deprived :rotfl:

Crabapple- i'd also like Charlie to have a brother or sister one day in the future, but need to keep in mind that:
A - i'm 36 this year!
B - we can't afford to have 2 in childcare!
So who knows...........
Nutella- loving the 'Mission Impossible' like rolling onto the bed haha. Where in London are you?
Lynn - wow, sounds like Ryan is on the move!! Glad the weaning is going well. Really hope Charlie takes to it nicely!!
Will hold thumbs that you have some lovely holiday weather!!
Gilly - saw the latest video, he's doing so great!!! Go Aaron!!
Sammie - ah, giggles are just the best!!! I love Charlie's little giggles and smiles. Of course, i think his are the cutest in the world lol
Serendisglair - I second the walking with lo in the pram. I try to get out each day, does us both the world of good!
Dizzi - so sorry hun, must be awful to go though all that again. Is there anyone close you can talk to about it, maybe get all your feelings out there in the open to deal with. I so understand how you feel. I still get upset when I think about my whole birth experience, but it was nothing like i'm sure you went though. It just has a way of staying with you. Hugs hun x
Mimi - Hi!!! Nice to see you on this side, Will probably see you over on FB at some point. Rubbish about the dog. The owners need some educating on keeping animals!!!!
Bluebell - glad you saw the flame!!!!! Hope you get on with your party stuff ok. Wow to your OH on the sewing etc. Good on him. I'm rubbish with stuff like that!!!
You must post a pic of the finished product!!

A lot of lurking indeed!
No one should ever be deprived of Nutella. I think you should buy some for your hubby next time you go shoppingI spent the first four months of my pregnancy working in an African country where Nutella cost £9 a jar, so probably the least MSE-friendly craving possible, but needs must....
