That's lush mozzy, I love the monster on it!
Thanks dizzi, I know that it's going to be hard running round after dd when I can barely move myself. Sorry you've got spd as well, that's just rubbish.
Ask MIL outright to bring everything with her or you'll send the cops round to get back your stolen property if she refuses?! Perhaps a bit extreme but you shouldn't have to fight her to have your stuff.
I'd suggest giving her one or two little things to do for baby (and you as well) and try not to bite on them, but tell her to butt out for anything else. Your DH really is rubbish, sorry, he needs to realise how stressful this is for you and it isn't about your mum or his mum, it's about her being an interfering cow and putting you down.
Can only send hugs and hope it isn't too bad for you x:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

elelyn yes it's rearward facing until 13kg then forward facing after that. Should last him til he's about 4, hopefully!
jedi I think you should stick to your guns re not weaning yet. Just nod and smile then do whatever the hell you want!
fluff I could say the same about yours, delicious! I hear you are coming to the January fb meet....it's a very long way for me but I'm tempted just to have a squish with freddie
mozzy that is quite possibly the coolest stroller and car seat I have ever seen!!
Reuben had been doing sleepy cues since 7pm, but doesnt normally do this until 830. I gave in at 730 and have brought him up to bed. Have given him a feed and he's now asleep on my bed....let's see how long it lasts!
I'm off downstairs for a cheeky glass of what is known in our house as "faileys" (fake Bailey's). It's £3.99 a bottle from aldi and it's bloomin lovely! I also like a nice fix (fake twix) from lidl, they are nicer than real twixes imo.0 -

You've just given me another reason to go to Aldi- the other reason being their nappies; you like them, they did very well in the M&B Awards and they've got giraffes on them (you kept that fact hidden for far too long!
), so I've got to give them a go I think
What's the faileys called? I love Baileys!

We love the Aldi version of Baileys in this house too. It's called Ballycastle Nutella and they do a premium version for about £6 which I reckon is even nicer than real Baileys. And we have the nappies with the giraffes on - they are ace!0

I've just bought a second puschair off Ebay. We don't currently have the wheels that fit our car seat and it's driving me mad having to faff about with our other pushchair and getting him in and out of the car when I only want to nip somewhere quickly. Theo is just too heavy for me to carry him in the seat now. Anyway, have managed to get a pushchair that is compatible with the car seat for £35. I only really wanted the wheels but this is the whole thing complete with footmuff and raincover so it was a bargain. I'm well chuffed, can't wait to collect it!0

I'm getting pushchair envy again! What have you got elelyn? I've got my eye on a cossatto in the new year.
Is the Fb meet down south? I'm not in the group but would love to gatecrash!
The lidl twixs are yummy, I had one today (get one every time I go in as a treat), and OH loves their snickers. Their version of Nutella is good too. Honestly I go there to get fruit and veg and come out with a trolley full of chocolate!Newborn thread member

I've just bought a Britax B Smart, Katie. Our other one is a Graco Evo and I do love it, it's a dream to push but I can't fit it in the car boot without taking the seat unit off as it's really big folded so it's a bit of a pain when I go out on my own as I have to faff about with it. I don't think it's going to be much use if we have bad weather either as the tyres aren't that great.0
