    congrats!! I didn't know x

Yeah - wasn't 100% planned like that (we'd decided we wouldn't plan NOT to though) - considering we took 6 years to have one... number 2 took one night!

And yeah we've got the same carseat as Gilly - it works well (apart from hubby constantly twisting the flipping straps on it like crazy).

Quite surprised actually - I knew she was getting good with much more textured (read appallingly pureed and half-heartedly mashed) food - but she woomfed down a little portion of shepherd's pie from the freezer earlier - didn't think she would with the constant texture of the mince... yesterday she had the spaghetti sauce we were having with meatballs with some baby pasta shapes and liked that - so the freezer's now jammed with baby-size portions of our leftovers instead of me having to batch cook stuff for her (I try to keep it stocked up in case I end up hospitalised for a while again with another preemie so I know there's a load of decent stuff on standby for her and whoever's looking after her).

Sammie did you work out how to change your Angelcare to sound only? If not i'll go grab mine and post instructions

Pizza tonight paid for by OH yay! Lol. Things are (tentatively) getting better on that front, which is nice, takes a lot of stress away. Long way to go, but baby steps.

I'm excited for Reuben's big boy car seat to arrive!!!!!! Boots says they will deliver on or before Monday, exciting :) I bet he'll be excited too, he cries every time I strap him in the current one, makes me feel so guilty.

Anybody got anything nice planned for the weekend? I shall be unpacking some (more!) boxes. It seems never ending!

Dizzi - nice to hear from you.

Katiechoc - I was the same when we decided to buy a car seat, I wanted it there and then!! Was pleased as we were able to fit isofix in our car for it too. :)

I've spent the afternoon faffing with a photo calendar online!! Just ordered a load to give out as Christmas pressies :D
    Xx

Sammie are those online calender things a faff? My Lappy is so slow..Hence why I prefer to type randomly on my pants/phone ;)

It takes time uploading all the pics etc but it looks great when it's done. I can't wait to receive it!

Turtlemoose - I turned the sensitivity right down and it has been fine since. Thanks though Hun.

Nutella - was it you talking about the animal pics on pampers nappies? I bought a box from tesco and I'm so excited to see what animals are on them!

Yep, that was me. Fingers crossed you have giraffes and elephants rather than sheep and chickens! :)
