not worse, just more painful. I'd say level 2 is probably the worst. I have given up, back to sensible eating and the occasional jog here. I have floor to ceiling windows and closing the blinds for me to huff and puff about the lounge every day was doing my swede in :D

You should see the look Freddie gives me when I get going. I plonk him on the sofa so I can have what little floor space there is to myself and he stares at me like I'm mad whilst chewing on his winkel.

But did it work? Gilly's given up and I've not seen sunshine posting pictures of her ripped and shredded body :D

Hey! Lol...I did it for 20 days so never got to third level. I have to say my jeans did feel looser and I did notice a difference. But no, I am not shredded or ripped and will most definately NOT be posting pictures! :p It did tone up my tim though, but I have prob undone it all by now. I wanted to tone rather than lose weight and I think its good. But yeah, shes a machine of a woman. x

If you google 30 day shred results Fluff there are some impressive pictures :) it's most definitely good for defining your body, I noticed a different in 6 or 7 days easily, but I need to lose weight and it wasn't doing that for me x

Bit confused. Do you do level 1 for 30 days then move on to level 2 for 30 days, etc.?

No, exercise is not nearly as successful as simply eating less (as hard as that is). When I read that you had to exercise for about a week and a half non-stop on the cross-trainer just to burn off the calories in half a donut, I despaired of ever getting fit. I'm just trying the shred to see what it does to my mum-tum. I actually weigh less than before I had Freddie (looks at herself smugly in the mirror :D) because of all the titty-feeding. Those 10 pounds he's gained have come directly off my arse. :T

    Hi Ladies - remember me?!!

I've been missing for about 6 weeks now, Poppy has been in hospital and had major heart surgery. We have been to Alder Hey Hospital for the past 5 weeks and Poppy has been very poorly. She is home now thank god and on the mend. I was supposed to be going back to work at the start of November, that never happened and it looks like I'm not going back at all now.

So much has happened, Poppy has turned one (can't believe a year has gone by!) I hope everybody is well and hello to any newbies! I haven't had time to read back, I'll try and read the last few pages to catch up!

    xxx

P.S How are you Sunshine, I know you have recently returned to work, hope its going ok? x

PP.S Exciting news Gilly about trying for another baby next year! I bet Aaron would love a little play mate! x

Hello lovey :) so sorry to hear about Poppys bad time lately. Poor little thing, fingers crossed she continues to get better. It must have been hard for you and her daddy. Gorgeous pic of her too. And wow for her first birthday, am sure she got very spoilt :)

Im back at work yeah, third week now. First week was awful but definately getting better and Aiden really likes nursery too, he learns stuff every day and made a fairy cake today lol!!

Great stuff about planning baby 2 Gilly :) we need the house to sell and will then decide but think we will wait till he is 3 and gets funding for nursery.

Must be MSE hair time as I am getting mine done Sat!!
