Oh bless his little face Gilly. He looks a good Santa, posh chair too.
There is a 2 and a half year age gap between my DS1 and DS2. It's a nice gap, as they have got older they are into the same thing so will play computer games, puzzles together. DP has said if we can afford a bigger house (4 bedroom) he would let me have another!!

He was a good Santa, his own beard, which Aaron pulled the minute he got sat on his knee  poor man.
I'd love another little boy :j not that I'd be unhappy in the slightest with a girl. Oooh will keep my fingers crossed you will be able to afford a bigger house thenThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
:rotfl: at Aaron pulling his beard!!
I would like loads of kids but realistically wouldn't have any more then 4. I don't want loads of kids sharing a bedroom as I think they need their own space etc hence why we would only have another if we could afford a bigger house. My DP is one of 5 and had to share a room with 3 of his siblings, he said he doesn't want that for his kids.

No I know what you mean, I only had 1 sibling, but we each had our own bedrooms. They do need there own space I think
I always said I wanted 4, but I'm not sure now I actually have a child, I think 3 will be the most, but maybe just 2. Who knows, we're still relatively young so have plenty of time to decide

I thought I would only have 2, then I wanted 3 so we had Noah. I was happy thinking I wouldn't want anymore but as soon as Noah was a few months I new I wanted more!! Knowing number 4 will 100% be my last I would like to leave it a few years before trying anyway as I want to enjoy my time with Noah. I'm 27 so even if I left it 5 years I'd only be 32.
Only problem is I'm running out of boys names!!

Quick question ladies, I'm thinking of selling Noah's baby monitor. He has the Angelcare movement and sound monitor but the alarm kept going off as he was moving up to one end of the cot so it couldn't detect him. He is nearly 9 months now so do you think I will need to buy just a sound monitor or not bother? If I put him down for a nap in the day I don't bother putting the monitor on as I can hear him talking to himself when he wakes up anyway. Also our bedroom is next to his do I hear him if he wakes in the night too. I'm thinking he will be fine without a monitor. What would you all do?

Hi Ladies - remember me?!!
I've been missing for about 6 weeks now, Poppy has been in hospital and had major heart surgery. We have been to Alder Hey Hospital for the past 5 weeks and Poppy has been very poorly. She is home now thank god and on the mend. I was supposed to be going back to work at the start of November, that never happened and it looks like I'm not going back at all now.
So much has happened, Poppy has turned one (can't believe a year has gone by!) I hope everybody is well and hello to any newbies! I haven't had time to read back, I'll try and read the last few pages to catch up!
xxx
P.S How are you Sunshine, I know you have recently returned to work, hope its going ok? x
PP.S Exciting news Gilly about trying for another baby next year! I bet Aaron would love a little play mate! x:heart2: Newborn Thread Member :heart2:

Exciting thinking about trying for another bubs gilly. We are thinking of another but not completely sure with regards to space really. We have a small 3 bedroom house and one of these rooms is an office for my business. We have a garage that could be converted to an office, it's at the bottom of the garden though which isn't ideal. I don't think we can afford to move to a bigger house in a nice area esp with me going back part time to work.
Went to breastfeeding cafe this morning it's really good, lots of nice bfing ladies with their Los.
Have got about 50% of presents, none wrapped!
Really nice to have all of Christmas off as on mat leave. My dh has got Christmas week off so it will be great to spend time together.
