I suppose it's down to the individual how they would feel.
Personally I think it ridiculous to even consider putting a long standing relationship in jeapordy for a few offhand comments.
If you'd found messages to the employee in question or found him in bed with her then I'd think differently.
Do you never discuss this sort of stuff with your work mates? Your chosen 'freebie' celebrity? A bit less candid, to be sure, but in a similar vein.
Why should a private conversation between two colleagues be considered sexual harassment? How can there be harassment involved when the individual isn't even aware!Said Aristippus, “If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.”

Meritaten keep your hair on!
Honestly, if you heard all the things that men say between themselves when they think no women are around to hear them you'd have a coronary. But that does not mean that they're doing anything more sinister than a bit of daft willy-waving bravado.0 -

I agree... contrary to popular belief men DO talk and gossip to each other and I would take anything said with a pinch of salt

I guess those who think men don't do such things also believe men don't look at other women and think they're hot or that doing so is disgraceful.
Women do it too and that always seems to be forgotten.
I remember at santas grotto once,we had waited for the door to open (was a log cabin!) and to our surprise (mainly my other halfs) the door opened and out popped a stunning blonde elf - my other halfs jaw dropped as he was stunned and I laughed my butt off and took the pee out of his reaction.Infact,I still joke and make humorous digs about it now it was that funny!!!If women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0 -

Guilt presumes that an offense has been committed.
So in my case, no, as my circle of friends and partner understand the difference between a joke and a statement of intent.
I mean, come on now, if your husband was off with a co-worker, do you really think the first thing he'd do is brag to a mate?
Really?Said Aristippus, “If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.”

Men talk like that all the time, doesnt mean theyre cheating
Men are all about visual, they look but the majority dont touch. Its just banter you accidently heard, dont worry about it
You cant tell me you have never looked at brad pitt or whatever and fantisised slightly?
Difference being, thats a celebrity. Her partner is talking about a co worker!:j Comping wins: Gig tickets, Lovemydog tag, Country Livings Christmas fair tickets

So its basically ok to totally disrespect your partner aswell as talk really sexually disgusting and degrading about a female co-worker??
