Huge congratulations to everyone who's managed a No Spend April :A

    So far I've honoured : fedupandskint, short_bird, mad_scientist, bubbles32, Antwacky, hudswell, mccullough 29 & Eltee 12

If there's anyone else out there who's not spent a single penny in April then let me know & I'll add you to the honours list too :).

I've bought DD a couple of swimming costumes but used the M&S giftcard she had so no real money changed hands.

I actually used £15 off my card too, so not sure if I should reclaim that in cash or not ? Any thoughts or opinions ?

Other than that I have £3 in my paypal account & received a £15 voucher for Topshop, Dotty Ps etc, earned from surveys so I have something if I feel an overwhelming need to splurge.

Other than that, I'm expecting a NSMay for me :D

    Be good

    Hello everyone!

I am so happy to report that i have had a no spend in both March and April(can't recall if i have declared March). I am so pleased with myself as i usually buy something new every time i have somewhere nice to go. I am actually pairing items up and recalling with whom i wore them with. This is working out really well at the moment.
Happy to hear how you all are getting on.

    Bye for now...

    Hi everybody,

No spends here for me for April.

I also had a freedom evening as I wore a blouse that I haven't worn in yonks on a night out.

Well done to all those that have also declared No Spends in April, and well done to those that have got bargainous bargains.

Onward and upward for May :T

Yikes, my new shoes have been despatched and are winging their way to me, if I decideto keep them I need to have a couple of no or low spend months to bring my budget back into check.

Thinking of taking the ones from TKM back, not sure I really need them.

    hello all

not sure if anyone remembers, but I bought a maxi from monsoon, loved it but decided to take it back and get my dosh back. I felt really guilty about buying it, so defo a good experience being on this challenge.

Unfortunately, I will need to buy some bras (boo) as I have lost weight (hurrah) but I wont count those in my challenge. Haven't bought any shoes, sandals or anything from a cs - good news there. But did fall down on a skirt from boden and will amend sig. later.

had a freedom day yesterday of a tank top and a spotty shirt which clashed nicely :D:D but as no one said anything it couldn't have been that bad (and wearing them again today!!).

On the plus side of losing weight, I can get into trousers which have not seen the light of day for a couple of years and that feels good, a new wardrobe is being uncovered slowly.

Also congrats to the no-spenders and to mishmogs for her return!:T

In regards to the M&S voucher - are you saying you bought your daughter something with it rather than buying something for yourself? If so, I'd prob give myself the money back, but knock it off her budget (if you set her one?).

I've had a no spend week - I think I might get one of those debobblers from JL that someone mentioned earlier - a few things need salvaging!
