    Saying out for delivery - watch this space! Mind you I spent ages sourcing another table last night - nearest I got was Argos but theu could n't deliver till 4th Jan. Just hope it arrives and when it does it's not going to be like the xmas trees I've been reading about!!!
  • I've just had games table delivered after email saying it'd left depot this morning as previous few posters. Haven't opened it up yet as too many beady eyes about! Just hope its not similar quality to xmas tree...will let you know!

    I too have had horrendous problems trying to redeem my Groupon Audi TT Voucher!! In-fact, I'm so cross, disappointed, frustrated and disgusted by this, I could actually cry!!

    Like many others, I redeemed my original voucher on 19th October with Gadget Wizard. Alarm bells did ring ever so slightly when I didn't receive a confirmation but, I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt! A week later I e-mailed them and was assured everything was fine although, they refused to send an order confirmation.

    I e-mailed them and Groupon daily to raise my concerns and received not even 1 reply!!

    A couple of weeks ago, I got a generic (non personalised), e-mail from Groupon stating Gadget Wizard could no longer honour the deals and to re-order with Bodini, which I did. At this point I assumed everything was eventually now sorted so you can imagine how cross we were to then receive an e-mail from Bodini to say they wouldn't be able to get the cars here for Christmas and could I choose another (despite their website saying they had an order of 3,000 about to be received)!! They said the 'alternative' choice (which we had to re-order via Eventbrite) would DEFINITELY be delivered by Christmas.

    So, here we are, 4 days to go and still no 'Porsche Boxer' although, I did have a confirmation e-mail last week from 'Eventbrite' quite clearly stating the following :

    Thank you for selecting your alternative car order from Bodini.com. You will receive your purchase before 25th December 2011.

    I have been emailing Bodini AND Groupon on a daily basis to try and resolve this but as with so many others, to absolutely no avail. Also, when you call Groupon and tell them why your phoning, your call is mysteriously disconnected?!!!

    Personally, I will NEVER use Groupon for anything again and I think it's absolutely disgusting that they are not stepping in and being accountable for the this sham?!??

    There are potentially going to be SO many disappointed toddlers on Christmas morning - mine included!

    Groupon - you should be utterly ashamed of yourselves!!!!!

    So ..... After posting on here earlier, I e-mailed Bodini AGAIN, simply pointing out they guaranteed pre Christmas delivery and asking where my order was. A couple of hours later, I've just had an e-mail telling me the car has been despatched but, no tracking number or anything provided so, forgive my cynicism but I'm still not convinced!

    Aaaaaarrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! So, the car eventually turned up yesterday and we decided when the little one went to bed last night, we'd take a peek into the box and make sure it's what we ordered and guess what, the front left headlamp is completely smashed up??!!!!!!! So, I'm back to my original disaster - my 3 year old being absolutely devestated on Christmas morning!!!!!

    I have been trying with absolutely no success whatsoever to get through to Bodini since 27th December and, their answering service is full so I STILL have the broken item and absolutely no way of returning it!

    Can somebody please point me in the right direction of their (Bodini), official complaints procedure or, any other advice on this situation would be much appreciated. Thank you.

    Like many of you I had no luck getting through to Bodini on any numbers and nor did I have any joy with Groupon who I was on hold for over 1hr and then gave up.

    Will waiting on hold with Groupn an email actually came into my Inbox from mkpstorage re: UK MAIL shipment 309991400018XX Notification, Reference Number XXXX

    This just so happened to be my Games tabel after looking up the Ref No. These guys at mkpstorage are just a warehouse, but when I phoned they advised me that I need to call UKMail ukmail.biz re: the tables as they had just picked up a whole batch of them for delivery. I entered this shipment number into the tracking system on ukmail.biz website and low and behold it said my table was on its way!!

    All this must have stemmed from an email I sent them on their website yesterday asking 'politely' where this delivery was as it was for my son for his Christmas present! :j

    I hope the rest of you have the same success as I have here, although I must admit I was pretty ferious until I found this out. I wont take Groupn for granted from now on too as result of this.

    If you are still having issues getting refunds from Bodini, I suggest you log into your PayPal account and go to the Resolution Center and make a claim that way as they will refund you if you paid via PayPal if the product has failed to turn up etc. Good luck

  • I wish I had seen this first. I am now, not in a position to buy another one & this was my sons "big" present. The 10 in 1 games table from Bodini. Gutted & dont know what to do. A refund takes 3 working days to transfer back to my credit card & its now 3 or 4 days to xmas. Ruined. Just by these people rippin us off. If they couldnt cope with demand they should have let people know in enough time to sort something else out. I shall be contacting trading standards about these people.

    I received my table today. I haven't had a chance to open it yet to check the quality but it has come!! I had the same experience as everyone else...no communication or replies. Hope everyone else gets theres!
  • Whoops.....just posted on their facebook page how disgruntled I am & my son just rang me to say I have a parcel delivered and I know what it is........The 10 in 1 table AT LAST!! Trouble is, it has a picture on the box and it also states what it is so now he knows what hes got!! Cant believe it, suppose we cant have it both ways, at least its arrived. Hope everyone else gets theirs too. Best get back on facebook & remove comment, you think they would have covered up what it is wouldnt you, oh well.
  • Just to let you know, same boat as everyone else, no communication from bodini or groupon despite several phone calls to both to try to chase them. had same email this morning. Originally ordered on 22nd November 2011 arrived today 21st December 2011.

    I hope everyone else gets theres in time for Christmas! I havent been able to open it as too many people about! but fingers crossed all will be well.
