Groupon/Bodini not delivering/Groupon

i also order games table from this dodgy web site. i payed with paypal and am gona try get my money back. i have used groupon for few things and never a problem just a shame theirs allways a bad apple out their but they should do their homework and find out if the people and companys their dealing with are good and honest what a waste of time and effort dealing with bodini all i wana know is it posted and will i get it in time for xmas but it does nt look good if anyone gets their table can you please post and let me know and i will do same if it arrives finger and legs crossed

I have spent all day on the phone trying to get through to groupon, boldini and yodel! I've had absolutely no joy with any of them! What a terrible service! My Xmas tree has been in the depo since 5/12/11! I'm just after a refund now! I must have spent about £10 on phone calls alone!!!

I have been told that my tree was being dispatched on Monday and still no tree today (thursday). Can`t get through on the number. Is the the recommendation to try for a refund via groupon ?

Hi just read your comments on groupon and bodini.I have also ordered the games table and received an email telling me it would be despatched on or before 6th december,still not received. I have emailed and rang several time with no luck.Today I finally spoke to someone who tells me all games tables will be despatched either today or monday at the latest and will be delivered for xmas. Dont know whether to believe this but can only wait and see.Good luck to all who ordered one and let us know when or if you get one

Have to say that I wouldn't now trust Groupon at all. Terrible company who appear to do absolutely no due diligence in respect of the suppliers they use.

Had a problem with a canvass print. Supplier has now gone bust so cannot use the voucher. Emails to Groupon being returned as undeliverable.

Received my "6ft Deluxe Artificial Christmas Tree"..... Turned out to be a 5ft poor excuse for a Christmas Tree. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

I too ordered an item from Groupon, misled by postage charges on the snuggle blankets and want a refund, have sent 4 emails to Groupon with no response. Such terrible CS they have!

I have read all the comments about Bodini and am suffering the same problems. I purchased the 10 in 1 table games and also received an email saying it will be dispatched on or before the 6th December, but nothing heard as yet. I have now send 5 emails to them and tried phoning numerous times but still no response. I have emailed Groupon, but no response from them, Today i have emailed groupon demanding a full refund including the extra 12 quid for P&P as i trust Groupon to research the companies they deal with. I have used many vouchers from them in the past and had no problems. I believe that BODINI is a DODGY company and everyone needs to be aware of this and stop buying from them. I will happily post another post if my item arrives but at this point i doubt that will happen. All i have found a customer service number for Groupon, which is weekdays and office hours, it is 02035100410. try it and demand a refund

If its any help go onto the Groupon UK facebook page - (obv. if you have a Fb account) and post on their wall what problems you have had (click on view everyones posts not just Groupon UK) THere you should see lots of people complaining about things this week and Groupon have responded to me asking for my enquiry ticket number. Hopefully it will kick them up the a$$ a bit to look into these problems - not good publicity for them. HTH
