Well groupon obviously dont care about their customers or what companies they work with, cause low and behold groupon have yet another deal with Bodini today this time for ice shoes, after all the compliants that groupon have received about the comapny you would've at least thought that they would have the common sense NOT to do deals with them again! still waiting for a reply to my email from both groupon and bodini!!!!
does anyone know how you can rate websites and companies on google as i really feel bad reviews need to be put on that website so at least others dont make the same mistake that we did?

Bodini is run by Wild Media Ltd, who also run cloudsmemoryfoam.
The numbers for cloudsmemoryfoam are;
+44 (0) 207 760 7562
+44 (0) 207 470 9225
and these numbers also go to voicemail and mention groupon offers.
Perhaps this company (run by the same people?!) is also not supplying satisfactorily to customers??0 -
i've just had a reply from Groupon a week after i emailed them wanting all my details etc including my groupon voucher number, so when your emailing them make sure you put that on your email. not holding my breath that anything will happen, but fingers crossed!0

There is a whole seperate thread on this. We too are all having problems.
Groupon seemed good to start with but have stopped responding, and we have never had any luck with Bodini.
So all in all not a good start to my first Christmas in our new house!0 -

I ordered a groupon voucher for Bodini.com for a games table for Christmas.
Needless to say, it has all gone horribly wrong and Bodini have not delivered the product. The LONDON number on the Bodini site re-directs to a mobile phone (Lebara - cheap sim card) that has a full mailbox so you cant leave a message. I emailed Bodinio and no reply.
I spoke to Groupon who chased it up 08443181035 and sent an email to Bodini. I spoke to Groupon again after finding this site and informing them of the horror stories on this thread.
I have insisted on a full refund of the voucher and the £12 postage and they are in the process of refunding this now.
Bottom line is that Groupon should stop dealing with such a con-company as they are being tarnished by proxy!
Check the thread for the Bodini numbers.... Bombard them with complaints and please let me know if there is an official copmplaints route (trading standards?)

Well I too ordered a tree from Groupon/Bodini. I waited 5 weeks from ordering and it eventually arrived 2 weeks ago. I had high hopes for this tree, I paid about £25 for a tree that was described as "luxury" and was worh £79.99.
Oh how I was dissapointed when it eventually arrived!!!!! It was in a tiny box and the branches have 3" of bare metal near the trunk. I have never seen a tree so cheap and nasty. No way has this ever sold for £79.99 and there is nothing luxury about it.
I quickly called Bodini and after several calls (also getting the Lebara voicemail) I got through. They really have no clue what to do, I think they have been totally overwhelmed by orders and can't keep up. They still haven't collected the tree 2 weeks later, even after many calls. I have had £8 postage refunded but I have a feeling it will take another 5 weeks to get the thing returned!!!!
Really wish I had never bothered!!!! I have since bought a fabulous 7ft tree from Studio Cards for £37 and it's fabulous!!!
Groupon is really only good for days out etc as I am also having issues with Extreme Fliers, not got my hellicopter yet and Gripwatch, don't have the watch either!!!

hi I too have purchased a games table off Bodini via groupon. I placed my order on 21st november and still have not got my order!! I am usually quite patient, however as it is a xmas present I need to know whether it will be arriving or not in time for xmas as I will need to go out and buy another present if it does not come!!! I like several others on here have tried the numbers on the website, however one is a deadline, one goes thru to a voicemail that is FULL and one just is engaged!!! I feel this company is not a ligit professional company and are ripping people off!!! I cannot believe groupon are still doing deals with them!!!
I am just currently on hold now as i type this to GROUPON. So I'm hoping to get some answers, OR get a full refund anyway!!0 -

I wish I had seen this thread. I bought 2 packs of the ice-grips off Groupon and went to redeem them....guess what? Bodini have deliberately inserted a white GIF image into every single page of their website - meaning I can't order. Of course both numbers mentioned on this page are useless.
And to top this off I bought a trapper hat from Fufu Fasion via Groupon for my wife as an extra stocking filler...when I paid the p+p via Paypal the link to return to the marchant was a broken link....no email confirmation of order for me then (although judging by how poor their website is I doubt I'd have received an email confirmation - you have to provide a login when ordering...but there's no order history, or even a way of logging out!). No response to email, and of course they've conveniently left their phone off the hook.
This is unreal, right in the mouth of Xmas. Its bye-bye to Groupon for me after this debacle, NOT IMPRESSED0
