    Hi,

Bodini is run by Wild Media Ltd, who also run cloudsmemoryfoam.

    The numbers for cloudsmemoryfoam are;

    +44 (0) 207 760 7562
    +44 (0) 207 470 9225

and these numbers also go to voicemail and mention groupon offers.

Perhaps this company (run by the same people?!) is also not supplying satisfactorily to customers??

I am not in the slightest bit surprised by this revelation. I had the mother of all delays, miscommunications and delivery failures by this company (Clouds Memory Foam) In fact I cancelled any further dealings with Groupon because they completely failed to provide any degree of customer support over my issues with clouds memory foam.
Inexpensive, cheap or bargain should not equate to shoddy, second rate or bad, which in my honest opinion, just about sums up the relationship between clouds memory foam, Groupon, and their customers.

I bought the car deal from Groupon and ended up paying 2 lots of P + P but recently received a refund for the first lot after much nagging.
  • I too have been trying to get my money back from both Groupon and Bodini for non delivery of an item.

They have both responded to emails and agreed to refund but the money has not materialised from either.

I have now unsubscribed from Groupon and warn anyone about to buy from Bodini to be aware that if there is a problem, they seem reluctant to resolve it.

The refund I am waiting for is small (less than £20) but that still does not give them the right to not refund when they have promised to.

I have emailed them again today, almost 3 months since I purchased from them. We shall see what, if anything, happens as a result. If not, I shall be contacting my credit card company and Trading Standards.
  • Can any body give me sugestions for what to do next!!
I ordered a childs audi car from bodini via groupon in October at a cost of £99 then 8 weeks later, in December we get an email to say that the car is not available but an alternative of a Porche was. Not having time to wait for the refund and find something else we reluctently agreed as they ensured it would arrive before christmas. It did a few days before only to look second hand, scratched, stickers missing and not in the right place and to add insult to injury the personalised number plate sticker we paid £10 for was not there either, just totally unacceptable condition. Needless to say I was angry and tried to get it sorted but could not sort it in time for christmas, so my 1 year old son had no main present as i wouldnt even get it out the box. It took us from then till march, after lots and lots of emails and calls to both bodini and groupon to be advised by bodini we would have to pay the courier cost to return it and all would be refunded. A month later we got a refund for the car from Groupon of £99 but now groupon are saying we have to contact bodini for the rest!! Not like we have not been trying since Christmas!! So we are still £57 out of pocket and non the wiser how to go about getting refunded or what to do??!!
Any sugetsions would help, we have emailed bodini loads of times and have tried every number possible for them too.
Sorry for the long story but sons 2nd birthday coming up and need this money back!

I sympathise completely! I had endless problems before we finally got a Porsche that actually worked having purchased the Audi TT initially.

The initial Porsche didn't work and I finally made contact with the porsche manufacturer and they sent a link on how to fix the mechanical part that wouldn't work. This took about 6 - 8 weeks of emails to Bodini and Groupon. I am still waiting for Bodini to return any of my emails about the problems I encountered (never was able to get through by 'phone!) and as far as they are aware I probably still have the problem of a non working car!

I wish I had an idea for you but the only thing I have learned from the porsche and other experiences with Groupon is that it never works out as you expect it to so just unsubscribe from their emails! Perhaps there are some "legal" people on this who may be able to give you direction??

  • We purchased a balance bike for our son in October 2011 for a Christmas present, 2 weeks before the big day I had an email saying that it was out of stock & they could not complete the order, I contacted Groupon for a refund, which they did but 8 months on I am still trying to get a refund of p&p £7.99 back from Bodini, I have possibly called & emailed them hundreds of times. On the 2 occasions I have got through I have been met with unprofessional employees ! I know it's only £7.99 but it amazes me to see how many other hundreds & hundreds of people they have done this to, why haven't trading standards done more if they know it's still going on ? Will never buy anything from Groupon again, as the saying goes "if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is !" wise words !!
