Groupon/Bodini not delivering/Groupon

After waiting since 20th December and sending several emails i managed to get through today on the phone. Was told they did not have my postcode correct ( they had xx16 instead of xx15) and it did not match my name so they had not sent the order. I was told it would now be sent this week.
This is complete BS. I have only bought this from Bodoni and they would have no way of cross referencing my postcode with my name. Looks like i'm going to have to write this off to experience0 -
Have been trying in vain to get P&P back from Gadget Wizard and also get a response from Bodini about a faulty car - found out today from Groupon the GADGET WIZARD AND BODINI ARE THE SAME COMPANY
So Groupon didn't find a 'New Partner' to fulfil the electric car offers they just changed the company name so they could re-charge all the P&P0 -

Groupon did a similar thing back in October 2011 for an electric car - They said Gadget Wizard could not fulfil order so they found a 'New Partner' Bodini - but we had to pay another £16.50 P&P to this 'new' company - turns out they are the same company! I've never had the original P&P back and the car is broken - I feel totally ripped off0 -

Groupon have just emailed me - after I bombarded their FB page about this - and they have denied that Gadget Wizard and Bodini are the same company - believe it if you will. However the big UP for me is they have offered me a refund Woo Hoo. I lost my P&P but that's a small price to pay - so if you are in the same boat, keep on pestering them - don't let them get away with this!0 -

Anyway, my car fiasco is over. I emailed yet another company (the company that make the cars) was put in touch with a technical support person who explained via a tutorial how to check if the car was wired up properly! Finally almost 8 weeks later my Goddaughter has a car that works!! I dread to think what might have happened had the re-wiring not worked! If anyone else is in receipt of the car but it doesn't work then I can forward on the technical support email for the company that manufactures them!
Have one more thing outstanding on Groupon and I am out of there!
The extra cost I paid plus two lots of p&p for the car they can keep! Its altogether too much trouble!

i never got the refund they offered me, havent had a reply from customer services and just had my fb post deleted with in seconds. then they have replied denying deleating posts (still cant see it on there wall though) and said they will gt customer services to contact me.
i got my car and at first it wouldnt charge but my dad looked at it and the battery wasnt connected, once that was done it works well. my 2 year old loves it.0 -
wow just worked it out and from the amont of cars they sold they will have made £12870 in postage fees.0

omg i just got an e mail from pay pal saying gadget wizard have refunded my money. not in my account as yet but does say it could take a bit for them to process. will wait with baited breath0

I have just had an email from Paypal saying that Gadget Wizard have finally refunded me my posatage for the electric car i purchased in October. Low and behold I have checked my paypal account and they money is there, it had gone straight in!! :j0

I bought some goods direct from Bodini in January. Needless to say they have not arrived and none of the numbers work and emailing them is a joke. Since I bought direct from the web site Groupon can't (won't) help in any way - has anyone come across any numbers/contact info for wild media?
It is so frustrating since the delivery info said 4-6 weeks which means I am now out of the time frame for Paypal to do anything and my bank won't help as payment was by direct debit to Paypal! Any suggestions on just registering a complaint somewhere would be great - Advice to anyone thinking of touching this company - stay clear!0
