thats a bit of a shame - we've lost count of all the people who have commented then... don't think this is very fair considering what they are doing to US!!!

Oh great! So now that I've contacted Watchdog to look at the 89 pages (at the time of contacting them) it's now been reduced down to 5 pages!!

I'm still showing 85 pages here? I'd be reaaaaaaaaally angry if MSE were protecting the same lloyds staff that are lying to their forum members every single day!

I can now see 82 pages - weird. Much better than 5 though.

So having waited all day for magic Friday to deliver the goods, but alas checked online just a moment ago and yep you've guessed it - NOTHING.
Advice from this mornings call was wait again on Monday, the latest it can possibly be as payment was 'actioned' Monday just gone.
If no funds with you by end of play Monday call back on Tuesday.

The anticipation is all because there is a specific date of 'action' and a 5 working day wait whilst Lloyds pays Lloyds.
You can see where this is going, right?

Not impressed, expecting the same on Monday.

..... LTSB have paid up in full. Seven days after getting my recalculation letter (and almost eight weeks from the original letter) they paid the money into my account. So that's it, the end of a long & frustrating journey that has cost me a lot of time, effort and sleep..... all that's left to do is transfer the money and close my accounts.... my own little two fingered response to the way I feel I've been dealt with throughout this whole sorry mess.

I just hope that those of you on this forum who are still waiting receive payment soon and are able to move on with life. Good luck to you all.
