Have been reading the posts on here for a while and can't believe the insensitivity of how we have been treated!
I submitted my complaint early July, had a offer letter early November, interest calculated to today,
Was hoping for settlement before Christmas as we have a daughter that may not see another one and was hoping as a family we would have made it memorable, looks like it will not happen, to say I am frustrated, angry, sad, and bitterly disappointed would be an understatement.
Loan paid off so not complicated at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope your mom is ok after her operation, hope you are able to cope!
Hi,
I think we have a good case to go to the press, we are both in very distressing positions as we could both lose loved ones and Lloyds are causing us so much worry.
I hope your daughter improves for you and this is not a last one, We will pray for you and yours.0 -

Can you confirm what time of day your payment went in please?
Yes.... I actually had a phonecall from my 'account manager' on Wednesday to say she had just been notified of a 'substantial deposit' that was due to hit my account on Thursday. Sure enough when I logged in first thing Thursday morning the cash was there so I presume it went in overnight. She phoned to ask me if I wanted to talk about what I wanted to do with it and was not impressed when I told her it would be transferred straight out to another bank.....
My initial claim went in 20th June with the first award letter arriving on October 7th. Recalc letter arrived Friday last week and payment six days later.... so maybe they are finally getting their fingers out or maybe it's the recorded letters I sent to the CEO, various managers & my MP along with daily phone calls.
Fingers crossed for those still waiting.... let's hope they pay you before Christmas hey? :beer:0 -

I am very pleased to hear some positive news. Think I will stay up once more to see if a midnight payment appears!0 -
Well still no payment for me!
Constantly fobbed off on the phone, no reply to any email even though I have emailed 30+ times. I also don't have an open loan account and it has been paid off since 2007, I was told today that I have not even had my interest recalculated! My uphold letter was early June, offer letter with calculation 1st September but NOTHING SINCE THEN:mad::mad::mad:
I am all ready for xmas but would just like to know that the money is in the bank, and could go shopping for some bargains in January!
How many of us are still waiting since before the 1st September or before for payment? I fear not many!0 -

My offer letter was 30th August0 -
I do think something went wrong within Lloyds at this time, but you would think they would do all in their power to resolve this, not continue to pay others with offer letters after this date! I'm just completely at a loss now as to what to do? Maybe we will be lucky next week? (but I am not hopeful, I actually think I may faint once I do get my payment from shock);)0

Do you think Lloyds will be working Saturday to ease the backlog???0

Despite checking my account every 30 mins, i just can't imagine ever seeing it there and if I ever do I will probably be so shocked it will take me a while to remember what I need to do with it :rotfl:0
