Well I called the customer care line at 2pm as instructed by the operator I spoke to this morning and asked them to email the refunds team and chase up the payment I should have received today.
Kindly told that they have up until the close of business today to make my payment and there is nothing they can do until then. Well there is nothing I can do then is there, but spend another weekend waiting for my money and looking forward to calling again and spending more money sitting on hold on Monday morning.
Why I keep being made these promises and getting my hopes up is my fault really. I should have learnt my lesson a long time ago.
28 days....no....
56 days....no....
By the end of November....no...
Friday 2nd December....8 hours and 15 mins to go.... :mad:0 -

Hi all,
I'm new here but been watching this thread with keen interest for a while.
My story is as follows...
Put my complaint in May
Acceptance in August
Offer letter in October
Recalculation apology letter last week
Today I called to see what was happening ''yawnnnnnn'' and told that my acceptance (posted in August) had been 'scanned' on the 30th November!!!! What is this... I was then told that this is the last step before a recalc letter and payment.... what is this 'scan' rubbish... yet another excuse lol?!! :mad:0 -

Thanks Marksman. They really are dangling the carrot now which makes it even more frustrating!0 -
Ok so currently waiting for the 6pm cut off today, whilst being positive I think its highly likely they'll be leaving me disappointed again.
I really hope not. Why it takes Lloyds 5 working days to pay into my Lloyds account is a mystery to me...0 -
