Tweaked firewall in router plus ESET Smart Security Business Edition.

I use Returnil virtual system and sandboxie, i havnt had any prblems so far, been using for over a year now;once youlearn hoe to use them they work great ;its just understanding what theyre about at first that i found hard but now they make complete sense, also listening to some of the tech podcasts,{podnutz ,mike tech show} those guys reccomend the built in system restore as a under used and appreciated tool, & flashblock for firefox ,also adblockplus .0

I use avg free version, have been for years, never had a virus. Got rid of Norton as it really slowed down my laptop.0

I have a laptop with a very basic firewall (IPfilter) and no antivirus or antispyware at all, use it all over the place and never have any problems (except sometimes connecting to networks).
