computerwoman wrote:Hi and welcome to the club, you can ask us all any questions about citi and if we can we will try to answer them for you, also do you know that you have to order your paying-in book as well, this is so you can pay funds into LTSB without one you wont be able to use LTSB, you can order them online with online banking, or through phonebanking.

Hi, ta for the welcome. :j
Yep, I remembered I needed to order a paying in book just as I put the phone down! I could hardly hear the bloke on the end of the phone as it was, the line was so rubbish, so I'll ring back later. Tried to order one online but for some reason when I clicked on 'stationary' it said 'we're experiencing delays' - not sure why though.0 -

mouse_potato wrote:Hmmm. That totally contradicts the letter they sent out when they opened my Plus account; they wrote to say they had sent out the Visa card, PIN's & cheque book, & I should contact them if I didn't receive them within 7 days.
Maybe they have changed the WP now then with the changes to the plus account ...:happylove Tori Bellatrix :happylove

I kept getting that message when I first got my citibank account and tried going online, in the end I had to download mozilla firefox and once you have downloaded that you can access citibank online through that. Hopes this helps all who are having probs.0 -

actually yes I use firefox 2.0 as well as I hate IE, so I would suggest that those of you who are using IE for going online banking, just to use firefox 2.0 for that, you shouldn't have any problems after that.
if you do then get back to us, and we'll think of something else,
