Hi, They have confirmed to me by phone and message that they report their current accounts to Experian but I can't see mine on their either yet:happylove Tori Bellatrix :happylove

Hi, If you are a member of credit expert there is an email address for customer services when the report comes up on screen. You might be better asking Experian if Citibank provide them monthly with positive/good conduct current account information for their CAIS (Credit Account Information System) section, as Citibank maybe confusing your question with, do you check Experian when you open a current account. I have just asked them that same question about LloydsTSB current accounts, and Clydesdale Bank ones too. James0

Good idea ... This is the response I got from Citibank but I think I'll follow your advice as well:
Thank you for your mail.
Information provided to the Credit Reference Agency is submitted monthly on all products.
Please do not hesitate in contacting Citibank if we can be of further assistance.:happylove Tori Bellatrix :happylove

it certainly sounds like they do, or think they do, but i have found Experian very helpful in the past with questions of this type. I found out for definite today that NatWest don't report on any current accounts unless you default, so I think I am going to cancel my app with them, as I wanted an account that would also add to my overall credit score by reporting monthly good conduct.0

I've emailed Experian now so hopefully I'll have a response tomorrow which I'll update on here ...:happylove Tori Bellatrix :happylove
