still having a few probs with citibank to be honest, dont find the site very user friendly. got the cards, changed pins etc, activated cards, set up online but every time we log in it says "we are sorry but we are experiencing some temporary delays...". Anyone know why this is? Thanks x

So you need a paying in slip with you when ever you go to Lloyds? If I take the cheque into Lloyds with the paying in slip, they'll except that?

Did you receive a welcome pack?

It says in there that ALL deposits must be accompanied by a paying in slip.

Yes I have the money going straight into my account from next week just this week that I had to go into Loyds, just the four days is such a pain.

According to the wecome pack there is a citibank branch in Manchester.

They do not have a counter service, but they do have machines where you can deposit money into your account. That means you don't have to go to Lloyds and wait 4 days for your cash.

Hi sorry it hear your having problems have you spoken to citi about these problems your having, you can set your bank home page up to suit you, have not had any problems getting online myself, have you cleared your cookies, it could be your pc playing up, try a program called "window washer" from webroot, its a 30 day trial, but nothing says you cant remove it after the 30 days and download it again, hope this helps,
