Oh I seeAnother option maybe
I assume that you usually pay your IVA to a sort code and account number, If that is the case pop in to the receiving bank and pay it that way.
Your right we are glad its a freephone call
I am sure when you get all your pins etc all will be fine :money:If I have been helpful - Hit the Thanks button0 -

Email to Quidco re Citibank
Morning Quidco,
Can you please advise on the following?
I notice that Citibank is no longer on the site, Will they still pay out the tracked sales?
Is this a temporary thing or permanent?
Thanks
Marcellep

Hi Marcellep,
Tracked sales will be paid out as normal. They are currently reviewing
their online marketing strategy and have yet to decide whether the
closure of their programme is temporary or permanent.
Kind regards,
FionaIf I have been helpful - Hit the Thanks button0 -

just as well you have another bank to fall back on.

I think its the latter really. I am surprised because I have never bounced anything, never exceeded my O/D and deposit over £1000 a month. Well if they want to act like a spoilt brat I'll just move everything over to Citibank.
Edit
Received a letter this morning.Following a recent review of your account we regret to advise you that we no longer wish to provide you with banking facilities. We are therefore providing you with 30 days notice of our intention to close your account on 7 April 2007. Any previously agreed overdraft facilities have now been withdrawn.
No other reason given. !!!! 'em.0 -

I can't believe that ... I'd be fuming if it was me ... I mean, to close an account through bad conduct is one thing ... but to close an account for absolutely no fathomable reason is bizarre!:happylove Tori Bellatrix :happylove

I am angry.
I have deposited between £800 and £1400 every month. The furthest I have been overdrawn is £276 and my limit is £300. I have written 5 cheques and none have bounced - nor any direct debits or standing orders. I have two savings accounts as well. I recently opened a Monthly Savings account which had an interest rate of 10% but one condition of this account is to make deposits via Standing Order from my HSBC current account. I also took out the Bank Account Plus for a packaged fee of £6.47 a month.
Yet for all this they just decided to close my account for no reason. Thank God I opened a Citibank account (admittedly for the £50 cashback) which came with a full Visa debit card.
Yesterday I had to write about 10 letters to inform the people who pay me money of my new bank details, to ask HSBC for a list of my DDs and SOs and to ask HSBC to close my monthly savings account.0 -

Yes, lucky for you that you had the foresight to have another account ... I'd think about lodging a complaint with HSBC if it was me - if only to let them know the sheer inconvenience they have caused you:happylove Tori Bellatrix :happylove
