due by the amount of people that have got an account 2 if you were lucky enough to go through quidco the £80 must have crippled citi, I didnt go through quidco for the current account but did for the flexisaver issue2 savings account, but as it is showing £30 citibank in my earnings we will have to wait and see if I actually get it.

I was a current account holder with Halifax until I hit a little bit SXXX then they taken the account off me and gave me a visa electron card. I used that for 4yrs until I decided it was time I applied for another current account. But as my credit rating is shocking I was very limited to what I could apply for and I did not want to apply for every account as that would also affect my rating, so I did my research and applied for Citi and bobs your uncle I got it. Been using it for 6wks and so far I am super delighted. I compare it to halifax all the time and so far Citi are on top.
A few quick reasons - They offer freephone telehone banking, They allow me to take my money out without any questions, I can use my debit card as much as I want in one day. I spent £1760 in one day on my debit card without a problem.
Halifax where a nightmare they would decline my card if I used it too much in the one day. They said it was for security - I said it was a pain in the back side.If I have been helpful - Hit the Thanks button0 -
LTSB used to be like that with my mum, she would storm into the bank and go mentle on them, after all it was her/your money, only thing was with my mum she would only use it at christmas. then it would be declined, she would go off on one in more than one shop, one day she chucked the card back at the bank manager saying "and you can stick that where the sun dont shine, as its bloody useless to me if I cant buy things with it," she really did not like banks at all until I bought her a pc, she loved internet shopping, my sister said she'd have a look in B and Q for my mum a shower, she said no worry's I'll just get it up on my new tele, I can buy it from here you know, my sister does not have does not want a pc, only because she's dumb I bet, which didnt go down to well with my sister, I am sure she use to rip my mum off, god bless her, she passed away november 2005, but she was a character, anyway back on topic, I was with barclays had the lot, current account cheque book card, all the trimmings, then I defaulted on a DD the only one I had, family beavement, anyway, they took it all away, then in 2000 I became ill, and needed a bank account, so went back to barclays, they gave me a cashcard account, which is why I have now left them to solely use citi account, which I love, and dont know how I have lived without, mind you I also have a brand new halifax easycash account, which I will use for my quidco account and save towards xmas for, so thats that, I dont know why banks have to be so stuck-up about things, I mean you cant spend the money if its not in your account so why all the "well we dont want you but we'll have you, things" if you ask me they rely on experian to much, as it was them that were stopping me from getting an a better account with barclays, yet it didnt stop me with citi or halifax, doesnt add up somehow.
