Just phoned my electricity supplier to set up direct debit with them using my citibank account and it wouldn't go through, she said she would ask her manager to put it through on her system (apparently she uses a different system), she also said if there was any problems she would get back to me.
Anybody else had this problem??0 -

Funny you should say that, that advert is really annoying my daughter. :rotfl:0 -
I applied and as you all know got declined. Well that was 2 weeks ago(I was told by phone I rang for an update). However I still have not recived the letter stating why I was declined which will enable to find out if I can appeal. My credit rating is poor, but I am on electoral roll, I have lived at the same address for 6 years and didnt apply for the overdraft!!!!
Will keep you posted when I get to know the reason for me being declined.:j I have a persecution complex. Everytime I pass a shoe shop they persecute me till I buy them:j0 -

Yeah, i had a problem setting up a direct debit for O2, it wouldnt go through on their system, but they took the details and said they would 'do it manually'.0 -

That is good to know, I wonder if they will then just add the OD on to your account without doing a credit check? If I have been helpful - Hit the Thanks button0 -
