It will take a couple of months apparently. The £1 shows just to show you've applied, until Citibank confirm that your account is alive and kicking and they've made the full payment to QuidCo then nothing will happen.0

so I guess you could ring citi and ask them which is the right address for dd's I just cancelled all my dd's in one bank and then rang everyone up and changed my bank details of which all you need is your account number and sort code, they do the rest, if they ask which bank you just say citibank hope this helps

My cheque book and paying in slip books arrived today in the post. I'm all sorted now to enjoy my new Citibank account! Just need to remember to change to the non-fee account before 1st May.0

I have also had trouble with this card,,,I tried getting petrol at tescos with the pay at pump option and it declined my card....I've tried it a few times and always declined it.......I telephoned citibank and told them and the response was that "Oh it should of worked"........LOL...how crap is that!.....and seeing as Citibank is american surely it could be used in USA too??!.....would love to know
Oh and as for the 50.00 Quidco cashback incentive....it went missing! I only received a pound lol...so Quidco are chasing them for 49.00 outstandingDistant fields will always look greener.
