Hi I just went online with mine, and I didnt have to activate it, just register online ok, my balance is £0.00 as well as I am using my citi account as main account, but I did put my easycash card for quidco so anything I make off quidco will go into that account just to keep it open a second savings account for xmas, if you like, hope this helps

just an up-date
my son applied for a citi account through quidco on 31/01/07 we have had his id's back but nothing else as of yet from citi although the cheque he sent has cleared so I should think that its now in his new citi account although we have not got any details of that yet, so it looks like the processing department are alittle bit behind either that or its the royal mail, slow post.

Strange, you would expect people getting letters in same format.
Anyway, got another letter today. When i looked at the envelope, first thought was it will be another 'thank you for interest, but we regret to inform you' type of letter. But it contained 3 pins, so now i am just waiting for the card.
They must be really busy now. It took exactly 15 working days for PIN's to arrive.0 -

I just rang them to activate the card as it must be activated so that you can use the card but was told that I must put some money first in the easycash account and then they can activate the electron card.
I am also going to use it as a secondary bank account and my main account will be the citi account as I love it.
Ordered my chequebook and paying-in book yesterday and I really like their customer service really nice people.
CW Hope your cold is better.<<If you liked what I said then feel free to click on the thanks button>>0
