    yes it is great when your card comes and you want to get started with it, but my advise to you would be to be alittle bit patient and your pins will follow soon, then you can ring then and activate your card order your books and then register online, once on line it tells you your account number and sort code, please dont make the same mistake as me, I gave people the wrong numbers as I used the paying in book which isnt your numbers, then it dawned on me at about midnight what I'd done and had to start all over again the next morning ringing people up giving then the right numbers.

    hi i was all for sending the forms off for this account when i tried for the cahoot current account and got acepted within the hor online with an automatic overdraft! so im well pleased xx

    What kind of history have you got re credit referencing bonjoey?

    Defaults, ccj's any missed payments recently?

    I've got my info on the Plus/Acess accounts today, they say they'll write again nearer the time to get permission to add the benefits or take the charge or something lol

  • I have my welcome pack, card and PINs. Just waiting on the cheque book I ordered and a paying in book. Already transfered some wonga from my A&L account via my Internet banking. :p
  • its just a thought, but maybe with all the recent interest with citi they can maybe afford to be more choosey with who they accept and this is maybe why some people get in and some dont.
