it does seem to be us that had a run in with "sadken" so was really wondering why us, unless it was because I reported him for abuse. and they just decided to kick us all.

My card came on saturday so rang to activate it straight away
One thing I would like to comment on is Citibanks customer service, they are such lovely people! They are obviously based abroad as English is not their first language but they speak better English than most people I know who are born and bred here lol

Anyone have any ideas where I can find my account number on my card.
It shows my sort code, but not my account number.
I would call the helpdesk, but I don't have my PIN.
Do I need to wait until I go home before I can get my account number?0 -
The citibank website won't let me register to go on the internet banking, is anyone else having this problem???0

Yor account number is the big long one across the middle.0 -

Account number is not printed on the card, the sort code is tehre. Your account number is written on the statement you got when the account was 1st opened, you can also see it ona cheque book and on your pay in book.If I have been helpful - Hit the Thanks button0 -
