thanks for the replies.
Every time i've tried since last week it doesn't work. i can log in, it doesn't show anything once i have.
It says i have one new message, but won't let me read it. i applied online for a savings account. Maybe that has something to do with it
Think i 'll need to phone them up and ask why i can't log in, which will be a task in itself.0 -
Had a couple of incidences where I've logged in and both the balances are shown, but when I try to look at the account activity it says that it's unavailable. Slightly irritating that one. Anyone else having this problem?43580

Hi guys sorry to hear your having probs...
firstly clear your cookies on your browser,
secondly usually after midnight when I know something in going into my account then it says the balance but the activity is unavailable, this is usually back up and running but 9am next morning,
if using IE go to tools and internet option then browsing history and delete those cookies.
If using firefox go to tools, options, and you can usually set it to get rid of any cookies when firefox closes which is how mine is set up.
If none of these things sorts out the probs then you need to ring citi.

Hi,
Been reading this section for last month lol and decided to apply to Citi for Advantage Account (current account that you pay for). Anyways, to cut a long story short they wrote to me with letter asking for documents saying i'd been accepted in principle. I returned the documents they asked for. 4 days later these came back with letter saying they will be in touch within next few days and look forward to having me as a Citi customer. Today (2 days later) I get letter declining me.
Seems Citi are tightening up their criteria - i'm more confused as my credit file is blank - all I have is my HSBC current account (full bank account with chq card etc) and no other credit liabilities. So considering i'm not what i'd say a 'high risk' I am confused as to why I was declined. Howver, am going to appeal tonight so will update the forum with news of what happens when you appeal, i.e. Citi's response etc.
Great forum by the way :-)Some say he is a racist, others say he is a liar but the truth will always prevail...
