Hi, i applied for a citibank plus account and i have just received a letter to say that i have been provisionally approved. I have to send off a utility bill and sign my form. Does this mean i have been accepted and if so, how long before i get my card and pin? I got the letter this morning and i sent it all back this afternoon

how strict are citi bank with credit checks ?,

applied for the acsess account, so i can get a visa debit card, sick of electron, currently got 2 credit cards and 4 mobile phones, 2 satisfied ccj's.

I have sent my form and id back today do you think ill get accepted ???????

Hi good news then, Happy New Year, yes you have got an account, usually the turn around is about 10 days, but could be quicker, or could be longer, its 2 years since I went through this,
just keep an eye on the post and let us all know how long it took.

It sounds like you have already been accepted, you usually just get a letter saying sorry but...if you don't get the account.

I was randomly sent a new card in the post today.... and it looks like I've been upgraded from a 2 in 1 to a 3 in 1 card !!

Never requested an upgrade and the old card doesn't run out til 2010, Still I'm not complaining.....

....Now if only they had Faster payments activated

for the past few days when i log into my online banking, it just says feature temporarly unavailable.

Is anyone else having this problem?
