Some are really personal aren't they, and some are well dodgy :eek:

I thought the project was running another month but I'm wondering now :-( I also didn't get any acknowledgement to my last two emails & the most recent report seems to be from someone new...

Had an email saying there should be more data, not loaded yet though. Definitely wont be reaching the required number for this week! This seems like a good enough excuse.

Well, still no more data as of now so no chance of anything until probably Monday. My suspicion now is that our group finished ahead of schedule (there are other groups that are still working). Sigh, I was hoping this would continue as long as they said it should

Don't worry about that, last time I check for my country transcription project, I waited 2 months before the client upload the data for unknown reason.

I blame the client, they give a low quality audio and $0.012 /utts, ugh so cheap.

I think new work will be uploaded too, I have seen delays previously for the UK. That rate is lower than I have seen before usually the pay is okay.

@newtowse Interesting.. Yeah, some people in the project seem to do tons, so I guess for them the work is good but means finishing the batches too fast. For me this is extra cash, too hard to figure out many of the utts with the accents and muddy sound.
