Didn't do the full quota last week since I was away. They seem OK with that at least for the first week. At least now we're clear on the requirements since that last email.

Mostly I'm concerned about the quality measures, seem to be slightly higher than they initially said!

Oh yeah - just checked my bank statement and I got my final pay from ABH for the W5 work (I worked extra hours in the day before they got rid of me because I knew time was up ). Little bit more than I expected thanks to the dollar going up again :T

The requirements do seem stricter for transcription, I wonder how strictly they enforce them. Everything seems to have really tightened up since I worked on the UK project. Can't even remember their being work targets at all last year (but I could be wrong).

Yes, that was the wse thing. And my transcription money is in too :beer: I do appreciate the professionalism of appen/abh when it comes to getting paid on time..

So far they've audited much less than 10% of my work, I think maybe some weeks we may get more attention and other times, barely any. Still early days though.

There's a new guy in W5! As expected he's been crapped on by audits and has met SLR already. I've just made it through SLR for the 4th time, fully expect the bullet within 2/3 weeks though for 5th removal. There appears to be 2 auditors doing the full hours which is a completely ridiculous standard to be held to.

Are they actually auditors? That is very unfair if that's the case. Of course they'll never get anything wrong if they are the ones making the decisions!

Yep, he/she that never missed is an auditor along with the guy who answered for our market on the QB.. should see the RTA metrics, flawless! :laugh:

Pffft. No wonder they're losing out to other companies this year, that's borderline fraudulent rating.

Wondering if anyone else found the Appen transcription rejections quite harsh this week?....I still got a half decent rating, but if the pay was good enough I would've disagreed with their corrections as they seemed to contradict their own guidelines....as it is, it is more effective time wise just to correct and move on
