And then they will scrap the route.

    Is this what you want?

Or aren't you bothered where you travel to?

It was a tongue-in-cheek remark. You know, a bit of fun. Lighten up.

Actually, I think there is a real danger of that. My most recent trip on Ryanair was less than half full and the return flight (after we got off) looked only to be about 30 peeps :( and this is with the restricted winter timetable that seemed to keep the load factors up in previous years.

I think Ryanair may have reached some kind of saturation - it is a massive fleet they now have to find reliable work for, and they seem desperately to be flaying around and experimenting with new hubs (the new much widened Oslo hub looks very interesting but who would think of Oslo as a hub for flights to Greece)?

Have they lost the Midas touch as well as taken the mickey once too often now with their main customer base?

I have just paid £496 for 5 return flights (L'pool-Reus) for the end of May. Talk about the world most confusing website.. add this do you need that? GRRR i just want to get to my holiday destination and pay a fair price!
Anyway with all the add ons and fees Ryan air were stil cheaper and better flight times than all the other airlines flying same dates and northwestern.
  • Did that include any hold bags, natt?

Can anyone tell me what Ryanair are doing about their summer schedule for flights from Glasgow prestwick to Murcia???? They say they fly to Murcia but there are no flights on their website. The web site is a real shambles. I know the new airport at Corvera is due to open this year but the whole situatiion is very unclear. I would appreciate any information. Thanks

I would second Sports Direct, but take a tape measure to make sure you have the right sized one. We bought these some years ago and to make sure they fit we had to take the carry handle off the top.

Just be careful when selecting your case.

Hi busiscoming2, did you really take the handle off your suitcase? If so did you need to or would it have fitted with it left on anyway? A lot of people seem to be recommending this case as the perfect size but I've not read of anybody removing the handle. How do you carry it without a handle? :o

My suitcase is slightly higher than the 55cm that Ryanair allow. I've never had any problem with it as it fits in the cage at the front, back and side and of course the top of th cage has to be open in order to be able to put the case in it.

However, with Ryanair you never know what trick they'll come up with next. So, I've taken the wheels off the suitcase and re-attached them with bolts that have wing-nuts on them. Therefore, should the need arise, I can remove the wheels sharpish!

    Ha Ha Ha. :rotfl:

Fair play, I'd pay good money to see that happen. :D
