    so you think that anyone on Minimum wage are layabouts. i would say this is discrimation against the low paid.

    A Boss or Employer that is prepared to chastise an employee in public is rarely thinking about the Company's best interest when they do it (especially retail), as it has a detrimental effect, not only on the other employees but just as importantly, the potential customers that hear it.

    Any Manager or Employer that does this is by definition a poor Manager or Employer.
    Always get a Qualified opinion - My qualifications are that I am OLD and GRUMPY:p:p
