These people did not deserve public humiliation no matter what the hell they had done.
They are probably on minimum wage and working carp hours and we already know that they are treated like Sh*t.
The fault lies with the management in the fact that these people were probably not given proper training and were just left to get on with it.
I have worked in lots of retail posts and one of these was as a staff manager in a large supermarket and I would never have given my staff a dressing down on the shop floor it is totally unprofessional and reprehensible.

not surprised as he mentioned himself several times he broke the law.

all it would of taken is someone from the authorities read this thread on the trolls commenst and they could used powers to force MSE to disclose his details and then do a full audit of his business

Overlord seems to have gone , hes no longer listed in the members list.

I told her I disagreed and that nothing warranted the way she had spoken to them in public so she threw me & the other lady out of the shop for causing a scene.....oh the hypocrisy!

Just wondering now if I'm permanantly banned or what as I was planning on taking the littlies to see their christmas displays at the weekend :rotfl:?!

That is appalling behaviour by the manager and worsened when she then threw you and the other customer out. I am not familar with this shop but, if it is part of a chain or group of shops, I would write to the Head Office and report her. It has made me wonder just what these poor members of staff were alleged to have done or not done.

Thats a shame, I'm in Havant today (where he works according to other threads) and was looking forward to getting a pizza by poorly trained staff with less than a years experience being lorded over by a tyrant then posting here that I met him.

Guess I dont need to bother now, my taste buds will leave to see another day!

well you can still do this, but you may only be able to meet a part of him as he seems to be able to be in all his shops at the same time to keep an eye on all his staff he does not trust
