this goes for you as if you did then you would be in jail and closed down for the amount of tribunals against you.
anyway a tribunal can be opened from day 1 of employment, just that the penalties and compensation are higher after 12 months.0 -
I find it confusing when you are going on about 'scum' staff on here and giving them the boot, then write something on another thread like below.

Staff deserve to be treated with respect when doing their job and should be rewarded for doing a good job. They should be kicked straight to the kerb for falling short of the mark however.
I honestly think you do not own a business yourself. You have as said above been employed by someone to run them, if you are not a troll. No Company director would come on here and say they treat staff in such a way. You have no respect for the business itself if you sack loyal staff after 364 days. Loyal staff bring more business in rather than lose it. Must be the fast food industries way of working but any owner in their right mind would look after and nurture staff, to bring the best out, not have the threat of the sack hanging over their head for any misdamenour !

my staff are well adequate to work on their own without me as i trust them and they trust me. if i need to tick them off they are taken to one side and talked to in a pleasant manner and never infront of other staff or the public.
my staff tend to stay with me as i treat them like human beings and not something you trod on. even the temp staff that i get through new deal type schemes are treat like human beings0 -
