An actual vet on another forum I'm on admitted to opening up a cat and rummaging around trying to spay it before noticing that it had testicles. She seemed to think it was funny.
I can't imagine lots of people making that mistake all at once though, sadly.
IF THIS WAS IN LINCLONSHIRE, IT WAS PROB MY MUM N LATE DADS VERY FLUFFY CAT!!
Someone ''found'' the cat and said it was pregnant, but in fact just fat because my dad over fed it!! Was very difficult time for them as they were in cyprus on holiday and I had been entrusted with cat duties. Had to cal and tel them - my dad wanted the vet sued and struck off for violating his cat.
They returned after a day or so, he just told everyone down the pub and the local farmers......... think the vet has moved on to pastures new.
Off to work but will pop by 2night to see if theres any updates..
