The Press and Journal printed quite a big piece on page 6 with my boys lovely colour picture!

:T That's brilliant, I know how widely read it is :T

I couldn't see the story online this morning, but bought the paper, and there he was smiling out at me. If this doesn't work- I really don't know what else to do..

Don't lose heart, he is still out there somewhere. The suggestion about being somewhere he can't get out of, like a ditch, is a good one. A dog locally did that recently and it was a walker that found him. The sides of the ditch were steep, muddy and wet and he couldn't climb out.

Do you have any local walking groups or ramblers you could target?

Hi Sazzy, I can't believe with that all you have done, he is still missing .. You must be exhausted!

I would say never ever give up, as ive heard of people taking in lost dogs with good intentions, and strangely releasing them or giving them up weeks, or even months down the line when they realised that dog keeping wasn't for them.

Also, ive heard of people taking in a dog they know is lost, hinging their bets on a reward, again releasing the dog when that reward doesn't materialise.

So, that geuine phonecall from someone to say he has been found, might be longer away than anyone might expect, but I truly hope it isnt, and that you get your boy back very very soon!

Unfortunately, the article isn't online, seems they like you to buy the paper.

My partner tried to see it online as well but couldn't. I don't understand why as it's a really big piece.

Thank you for the encouragement everyone. You really don't know how much it's appreciated xx

You need to pay 50p for a digital copy, you cna't just see the paper online for free. :)

There are slightly different versions for each area. I think Nairn comes under the Inverness umbrella? Maybe sazzy could confirm?

Thanks rising. Yes, they phone every day. They just feel so helpless. I try to tell them that I feel just as helpless, and I'm actually here.

Had a couple of hours on the sofa, dozing. But the old story, if I heard a noise I went rushing to the front door :(.

Thanks for your ongoing support x

Sazzy, have you got someone who you trust and who knows Ruairidh (spelling, sorry) who could sit downstairs while you get some proper sleep? I'm worried about you, please take care of yourself xxx.
Good enough is good enough, and I am more than good enough!:j

Yes Ali, it's the Inverness area.. but PLEASE no one spend money to see it, you know all of the detail already anyway! I did mention MSE on the call to them, but they didn't print that :(

Thanks MrsA, no, not at the moment. I feel as if I've impugned on everybody enough already the past few days. I'm honestly alright. I lie on the sofa at night, and shut my eyes, so that's doing me fine for the moment. I do know there's going to come a time that I will have to go to bed, just doesn't feel right just now. Thank you though x
