I have a few more suggestions for posters and or leaflets. Churches (might get the oldies that way), golf clubs, hotels, even takeaways? Would love to be nearer to help you more.

Sports centre, swimming pool, any football stadiums in the area?

Thanks for all of these suggestions. I'm getting round them. I know the people who are out looking are also talking to anyone who comes across them on their search. The swimming pool is right on the sea front, and people have went in there asking.

My oldest son posted on the group page. He's having a hard time being away at this time, and it makes him feel involved somehow. I feel so sorry for him and youngest who's in Dubai. They so want to be home and out there looking for their old man.

What about local woods etc. that are popular with dog walkers? You could put posters on gates, styles and trees?

Thanks PO, I did that yesterday down the woods. Stuck them to branches and anything I could see.

If I thought for a moment he had got on a bus- I'd be sending some to Glasgow as well.

I'm down in the central belt just now, I was driving along yesterday when a young chap passed by with a black lab on a lead. The lab had a white face and I did a double take. :o

It obviously wasn't him but it just shows that he's on our minds too sazzy. There's strength in numbers, someone will find him soon. x

just got home and sad to see our little wanderer still on his travels - little imp :p

bet he thinks he is the littlest hobo !! :p

anyway - fab suggestions esp about the award and appeal.
i agree it would give lazy teenagers an incentive (and they would normally just be roaming the streets bored)

fully understand how u feel about asking for donations - but you dont have to. we are running this show ;)

405 facebook members & so many MSE supporters - £1 or £2 donation for a reward is nothing...

..now - does anyone know how we would put this into place?
    Just giving?
    paypal?
