I don't know if you've already thought of this but as well as making posters have you given out your telephone number on pieces of paper to walkers in the area ?

When Spot went missing I did this as I thought people were more likely to keep a piece of paper handy and could phone me the moment they found him.

Thanks rising. Yes, they phone every day. They just feel so helpless. I try to tell them that I feel just as helpless, and I'm actually here.

Had a couple of hours on the sofa, dozing. But the old story, if I heard a noise I went rushing to the front door .

Still thinking of Rory & hoping for his safe return. Are there any places he may have got stuck? Maybe ditches or something along those lines? It could be that he's stuck & can't get back out somewhere. I can't think of anywhere else to suggest right now but it sounds as though so many people are now aware of him & searching/keeping an eye out that it surely won't be long until he's home. What about mobile hairdressers? They may see housebound people who may have taken him in? Just a thought x

The Press and Journal printed quite a big piece on page 6 with my boys lovely colour picture!


I couldn't see the story online this morning, but bought the paper, and there he was smiling out at me. If this doesn't work- I really don't know what else to do..
