Have you any local schools, youth clubs, pubs and chippies where you can also put leaflets?:D:D
Hi Candy, yes, and they're going round today and tomorrow. My grand-daughter goes to nursery, so her mums got a fistful to distribute.
I was about to go to the pubs when I bumped the car and had to come back, but some chaps at work will see to it for me now.
Nairn is pretty central with one High Street, so was doing it all in a swoop, but one pet shop is down a little hill, and that's where I was when I did the deed. Partner is still asleep in Australia so doesn't know yet, not that he'll care, he only really wants one bit of news, and I don't have it for him ...
There I go again, moany when I should be staying positive. Bl00dy tears.Ruaridh Armstrong-missing since 05/11/11. Come home old boy-we miss you x
If you can't stand behind our troops, please feel free to stand in front of them.
I will respect your opinions, even if I don't agree with them0 -
It's not moaning sazzy, it's therapy. You must have heard of 'it's good to talk'?
Doesn't matter what kind of talking, always better out than in.

You're being really brave and proactive like Rory needs you to be and somehow he'll make it home, I'm convinced of it.
Are there any building sites nearby, with part built houses? Or those big drain things that he might've got stuck inside?
We had a static caravan and a dog there was missing for 4 days with everyone out searching. Turned out he'd fallen into a deep ditch and hadn't been able to scramble out as it was really muddy - he'd been whimpering but the woman in the nearby caravan had thought it was a fox.
Then she heard the dog was missing and checked it out, got the dog hauled free and needless to say the owner was ecstatic to have him home.
So PLEASE don't give up hope!0 -
Me again! I've crossposted his details on to my cocker spaniel forum - we have a few members who live much further north than me (I'm in Dundee else I'd be searching for him myself!) and one of those is involved in dog rescue so she may have contacts that haven't been thought of yet. I've also bumped his DogLost poster back to the top of my FB page.£2019 in 2019 challenge:£50/2019

Thanks everyone for the continued support.
I posted on the FB group that I called the next districts council-just in case he'd made it that far. Got onto their dog warden, who put me onto kennels. They told me someone there had picked up a black lab. Rushed to the phone, but it wasn't him.
