Hi Sazzy
This is a long thread, and I havn't read it all, so somebody might have already mentioned this, but have you considered contacting your Local Radio Station to do a plea?
I do hope you find him soon xx
Hi, and again- thank you all.
The local radio station was a problem. They wouldn't broadcast it without an email from the SSPCA.. however the FB group got together and bombarded them with texts and emails until they did. And they now have broadcasted it, and hopefully will continue to do so.
Thank you for everyone's positive thoughts, good wishes and prayers. You don't know how much they mean to me xxRuaridh Armstrong-missing since 05/11/11. Come home old boy-we miss you x

Good Morning. Well, still no sign of him. We had a ripple last night as we thought he might have been spotted, but when the place was searched- nothing there.
My heart hurts, but need to keep going.
Once again- thank you all.

Morning Sazzy, ((((hugs)))) hun. Don't give up ... positive thoughts ... lets keep our fingers crossed today's the day he's home. There are so many people looking and aware he's missing that's got to be a good thing.
I couldn't sleep either so can only imagine what you must be going through - I'm worried about you being there alone. When's your OH home?Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

£1,000 Emergency Fund Challenge #78 £3.96 / £1,000Vet Fund: £410.93 / £1,000

There's so many people looking, it's unbelieveable. People are coming in from neighbouring towns to help. Such overwhelming generosity from everyone.
OH isn't back until 9pm on 20th November. We talk on Skype a lot when time difference allows, but I hate moaning at him as I don't want to ruin the time he has with his parents in Oz. He says he's not enjoying it anyway and wants to come home-but I don't want his parents thinking I control him or anything..there I go rambling again..:o
I'm definitely going back to work today. I have to, if only for something to keep me occupied, but they know that if I get a call, I'll be dashing off, so it's not too bad. Feel kind of guilty though that I have to work, and people are all over town looking.Ruaridh Armstrong-missing since 05/11/11. Come home old boy-we miss you x

Hi Sazzy, I've been following this thread since it began and I am hoping and praying for your old boy will return home to you soon. I can only imagine a little of how you must feel because when I look at my springer spaniel cross Phoebe and see how scared she is of fireworks, it puts a lump in my throat at the thought of her going missing. Fingers crossed for some good news soon!0

Another lurker that has been following since sunday desperate for you to get some good news and your old boy home.
I am so fed up with fireworks, they have been relentless here since Friday, even going off during the afternoon before it gets dark. I have a 13 week old puppy who, up until last week, loved the garden and was clean in the house. This has all changed in the last few days and I am going to have to start house training him all over again and getting him used to the garden.
Strangely he doesn't react to the fireworks by barking or shaking, he sleeps through most of them except for the loud bangs if he is in the house. If he is in the garden he just bolts for the door when they go off.
These stupid people that think it is fun to let them off can't have animals and can't understand the problems that they cause.
Sorry this seems to be more about me and my problems than you and yours, but I am thinking of you constantly and praying for a happy outcome.:j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j0 -
I'm definitely thinking someone has taken him in now. And maybe not got round to calling the dog warden yet till the fireworks have finished, not knowing how much he's being searched for.
We need to think of a way to alert anyone who doesn't have a computer who might have him.0
