Didn't think of that Nod Off, I'll see if I can see him tomorrow.
I'm so mad at myself! Was out putting posters round the shops, and handing out fliers. Got into the car to come home, and reversed into a council van..IDIOT!! Smashed my tail light.
It's my own fault- I wasn't concentrating, but showing me what a knock on effect this is having. The van was ok- they were more concerned with the stupid sobbing woman in the driving seat. In for a cup of tea, then out again- walking this time.Ruaridh Armstrong-missing since 05/11/11. Come home old boy-we miss you x

Oh sazzy, so sorry that there is no good news yet.
Have you tried ringing further afield. Its not unknown for someone to pick up a dog in their car and then take it miles before reporting him.xxx0 -
I really feel for you sazzy, just wish there was something we could do to help. x
Btw, it's *only* a light .... PITA right now granted, and something you could do without but fixable so dont fret about it.Herman - MP for all!0 -
I'm sorry if this has already been suggested, but have been keeping up, so don't think so, what about putting posters on Council vehicles (it was you reversing into one that made me think of it, sorry) but they're driving about all the time.
And refuse lorries too, any vehicles that are always out and about.

I don't know how rural you are but here we have different vans that visit the villages selling fish, vegetables, meat etc. for those who can't get to the towns.
Mobile library? - Have you put a poster up in the proper library?
Doctor's surgery, local clinic - It's zaksmum that's making me think of these sorts of places as she made the very good point of not everyone being online
Can't think of any others at the moment but I'll keep trying0 -
Oh I do hope your dog comes home very, very soon. I would be in pieces if mine got lost.Haters are gonna hate - you're not obliged to participate0

Thank you. After I had calmed down a bit- I gave them some flyers to distribute amongst them all when they got back to the depot. I'm not sure if the doctors would do it, but I can only ask. Everything is on screen in there now- they don't even have those tatty anti smoking posters any more.
The taxi offices (there's only one) I've seen them and spread the word.
Thank you for all these ideas. I was at a loss at what else to try.Ruaridh Armstrong-missing since 05/11/11. Come home old boy-we miss you x
