Thank you for keeping to the front page guys. I didn't want to keep bumping because-as I've said before-I didn't want to be accused of attention seeking (and yes that happened a couple of weeks ago)
It'll be 9 weeks tomorrow since Ruars went missing. I'm at the point now where I don't know what else to do. If we knew what direction he was in, it would help-but we don't even know if we're searching in the right places.:(
Hoping that this weekend we're going to get new posters out as most of the old ones have either been taken down, or battered by the weather.Ruaridh Armstrong-missing since 05/11/11. Come home old boy-we miss you x
If you can't stand behind our troops, please feel free to stand in front of them.
I will respect your opinions, even if I don't agree with them

Good luck sazzybum I have been following the story and I know how horrid it feels to be missing them and the not knowing. I went through that for 2 weeks with my cat stuck in a garage 5 doors away. I really hope you get some news soon and the idea of new posters is a good one. Shame he is not microshipped but hopefully with all the publicity people will know about him by now.Save £12k in 25 No 49

I have been following this thread but not really saying much on it as everything seems to be being done. I do really feel for you as the not knowing would drive me crazy, worrying if he was safe and warm on the cold nights etc. Its not nice thinking a pet is lost at anytime of year, but probably even worse now with the awful weather.
Have you tried the local paper again to see if they would run a story to say he was still lost? Might not help if he was not now in your area, but you never know, someone might see it and have some clues.
Really hope he is back soon, I log in to this thread every day, hoping and praying that there will be good news and he's been found safe and well.
You are definitely not attention seeking and take no notice of anyone on here or anywhere else that says that, just a worried pet owner who is trying their very best to get their much loved pet back home safely, any animal lover would do exactly the same and those that say awful things like that obviously don't care enough about animals, so take no notice. We are all behind you and willing, hoping and praying that he is home safe and well soon.0 -

I'll second all of that. I too come on every day hoping that there will be good news. I would definately try and get a local paper to run the story again, or maybe papers a bit further afield? x0 -
I think all bases have been covered now. All we can do is hope that if someone has him, they will do the right thing and let him come home.0
