This happened to me a couple of months ago - stopped getting the e-mail all together. Went and re-registered and it was fine again.

Take a look on the Site Feedback board - there's a thread there about your problem, and one from someone getting the e-mail twice  :D

Thanks folks. It's not in my junk mail. I checked. I think I will just reregister too and then I should be Ok. Does that mean I have just lost out on this week's email?

Nope. Click on the image of Martin in the top left corner of the page, and under the same image on the main site there is a link to the current email.

(There's a link on that to all the previous ones too.)

I haven't looked at every single page of this topic, so sorry if this has been posted before, but I was wondering how exactly I descale the kettle with vinegar? I have heard about it but not sure if I just throw it in or mix it with water, etc.
Or is there anything better (but still not chemically) for descaling kettles?
    Thanks

I picked up a huge basket of onions from My MIL's house yesterday. She's on holiday and they were beginning to sprout. I'm not a fan of onion soup etc but can I just chop them and freeze in little bags for cooking?

    Hi Haribo,

Yes you can. :) This older thread should help: Freezing onions

Yes. Also the most effective method of not crying your way through them IMO is to pop them in the freezer for 10 minutes before you start peeling them. Much longer than that and they'll be too frozen to chop. So you might need to freeze them in batches, otherwise they'll start defrosting before you've had a chance to chop them.

I dare say this will lead to a long discussion (or a link to a long discussion) about how not to cry while peeling onions, but that's the best way I've found for me, and even that's not tear proof!

Sorry, somehow I missed pink's earlier post about this ...

I have a recipe that needs 15g of fresh yeast however I only have dried (Easy Bake and Dried Active). How much dried yeast equals 15g of fresh yeast?
    Thanks
