Did you get your £15 Boots Lovefilm voucher?

Beware! This might be a one-off, however be careful. I cancelled on line after 10pm as someone mentioned on this forum. It said return any outstanding DVD and ensure you get proof of postage and thats it. I thought great and it worked a treat until another £12.99 left my account. Upon quey, they said you only returned 1 DVD. This is so untrue, but how can I proof this with only 1 proof of postage. Be smart and get yourself another free envelope on line just in case, this is really important. I am left feeling this is just another scam from Lovefilm and I am therefore now taking this up direct with their MD. I will let you know what happens.

I just received my £15 worth of Boots vouchers from LoveFilm.com. Excellent idea. Thanks Martin. Excellent tip....£15 for nothing and managed to watch 3 DVD's courtesy of Lovefilm.com.

I signed up, had my dvd's, cancelled my membership but received no vouchers. I emailed Lovefilm and they said I did not fulfil the terms of the membership (even though I had).

So I emailed Boots customer services on 13th January and today received a £15 giftcard.

I signed up for this free trial but after reading how some people had had trouble obtaining their vouchers I simply went through Quidco instead. I cancelled within time so no charge to me and got £12.40 Quidco.

it seems very convenient to me that they are saying everyone only added 9 titles...

I signed up for Love Film and followed the rules and have recieved my vouchers. I had returned my last DVD when I cancelled but have been charged £9.99 on my credit card. It is difficult to prove that they had recieved the DVD. Has anyone else had the same experience?

I've just got my 15 quid vouchers.....i've just been reading about the unique titles.......well I think my 225 unique titles counted!! I did get an email to say that I didnt have enough, even though i'd put 35 discs in the list, so I thought i'd put loads in....click here and another click there!

I'm still struggling with e-mail correspondence with Lovefilm - every time you send or reply, a different person responds with a slightly different message!
It's getting annoying. I have contacted Boots by e-mail - hopefully they will be more considerate.

I got my Boots vouchers through a few days ago... Not that I'm complaining but it was shoved in an envelope with a photocopied piece of paper... really made me want to stay with them! not!!

my oh got the free trial, after i said not to because of trouble previously.
he did everything as stated and waited for the voucher, nothing arrived.
He called the free phone number and explained, the lady said that due to high demand the had been an error in sending the voucher, she was very sorry and had it sent out. It did take nearly 3 weeks for it to arrive but he got it in the end.(a total of 12 weeks from signing up to the voucher landing on the doorstep)
