Did you get your £15 Boots Lovefilm voucher?

Finally got a refund from these people after contacting Boots - they still sent me dvds after I had cancelled and started charging me the monthly fee. Anyway, did not get the boots vouchers but they sent me 2 free odeon cinema tickets to shut me up My local odeon has closed so I got a refund of £20 from odeon - so quids in but not worth the aggro though.

I signed up for this - the £15.99 3 dvd's at a time service. Rang to cancel after having had 3 dvd's to be told day 21 was the next day - which I was sure it wasn't and in any event, if they haven't had your dvd back by 9am it goes into the new period. Of course they won't have recieved and opened your return by then. So I decided to take another month at £15.99 - but told them I wasn't happy. So they gave me 3 months

So, I have had 4 months of 3 dvd's at a time, plus my £15 voucher which turned up, no problem, all for £15.99. I turn my dvd's around quickly so I'm making the most of it

Still waiting for my vouchers, have had e-mails telling me that they are waiting for more vouchers and mine will be sent soon, it must be about 2-3 months now and still waiting.
I did threaten to complain to Boots aswell in my last e-mail and still nothing, might try the link at the start of this thread and see how it goes.

Anyone who actually rented the films from them should have had 10 films in list as you had to add 10 at start to activate account.

Gosh, they work late - hasn't arrived yet but hopefully will

I recieved the same e-mail as this today and another e-mail from them saying sorry & that they are going to re-send my vouchers???

So hopefuly I should recieve something from them in the near future.:undecided

I got an email to say that they will be sending my voucher but I never got it. Lovefilm say it probably was lost in the post and that I should supply a different address. I did that but still havent got the voucher.

I contacted Boots but they couldnt do anything but refer me back to Lovefilm. This is SO frustrating.

I finally got my £15 gift card direct from Boots after several promises from Lovefilm that they were about to send it out!! Boots obviously don't want the bad feeling for Lovefilm to be transferred onto them..... Though I dealt only by email they were very courteous and prompt - just as you would expect from a company like Boots :T
