Did you get your £15 Boots Lovefilm voucher?

    I can report my latest correspondence from Lovefilm - they're now telling me I didn't use the Boots promotion code to register! .....
  • I'm afraid Lovefilms just fobbed me off with this reply :

    "This is to inform you that according to the terms and condition a minimum of 10 titles is to be added to the selection list on the day of registration and our records shows that you have added only 9 titles and hence you are not eligible for the voucher."

    I added over 15 titles but can't prove it now and I can't find the clause they are referring to anyway

    You were not required to add the 10 on the day of registration.

    Email them again and ask them to check their records, as they will obviously see your 15+ titles - This is a similar reply I gave them, they finally came back to me and said I was correct and that I would be receiving my voucher shortly.. Still waiting however.
    The £2.00 Coin Savers Club = approx £22.00 :rolleyes: :j.. The 20p Savers Club = £17.80.

    thanks for the tip. anyhow a Boots customer service guy has replied with a very nice email saying he will look into it, even took my postal address, so I assume I should get my vouchers very soon :j

    I got this email from LoveFilm which I dont entirely understand but it looks like I will be getting the vouchers. Lets see if they really do send it though. Thanks for the advice on this thread and the special email address otherwise I dont think I would have got anywhere.


    Thank you for your email, as you have signed up through money expert the full terms of the promotion was not outlined. For this reason we ask you only had one dispatch to you before cancellation. As you have had 3 titles, we have now added your name to the list of entitled customers, please allow 28 days for delivery.

    After reading this thread yesterday I was thinking maybe I should get emailing boots/lovefilm as i joined via an original email from boots in late november and followed all the t&c but hadn't received the vouchers. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find an envelope in the mail yesterday containing the £15.00 of boots vouchers with a compliments slip from lovefilm - wheew!

    Feel bad for everyone who's having a problem though - hope you all get it resolved soon.

    Received my vouchers from Lovefilm this morning :)

    Didn't even have to email them - I was waiting for 30 days to be up before enquiring

    Hi all - I'm having the same problems - lovefilm saying i didnt have 10 unique titles (I know i did have them as I remember deliberately picking them - just picked loads in a row).

    It's really getting on my nerves as i have no way of proving it.
