Did you get your £15 Boots Lovefilm voucher?

In December's e-mail I included a way to get a free DVD rental trial and a £15 Boots voucher on top (see original note). While many people have received the voucher, some haven't. Therefore I spoke to Lovefilm, and it has kindly agreed to set up a special e-mail for anyone having problems to try and sort it.

What to do?

If you haven't got your voucher.

Then first check

i. It's more than 30 days since you signed up for the deal
ii. You met the terms and conditions (see original note for more).
iii. Then e-mail love film at [EMAIL="msesupport@lovefilm.com"]msesupport@lovefilm.com[/EMAIL]; including the following
a. Your Registered LOVEFiLM Email address
b. Your Registered post-code
c. The date you joined
d. Confirmation you have received at least one dispatch.

I hope this helps. While I also very much hope there won't be further issues, if there are and things aren't sorted, I will be keeping an eye on this and will try to help - yet give Lovefilm time to sort it through first please.

Ive had no end of trouble trying to get this voucher, and after a frustrating ping-pong game of emails its nice that there is a bit of help.

my only concern is that they claim i didnt have enough rentals selected (i know i had at least 20 as i had transferred them from another company)

How can any of us prove that we met the criteria ?

No, I was also charged one months fee even though I canceled it well before the end of the trial. They claimed they did not receive the DVD back in time.

Here is my most recent e-mail from them:

Dear *****,

Thank you for your recent email.

This is to inform that you are not eligible for the £15 boots voucher
since you have not added 10 titles to your list at the time of registeration.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

For further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

I got mine the other day and I have enjoyed over a months worth of film rental and got £5.01 in my pocket, but cancelled now. Enjoyed it while it cost nowt. Rather spend the extra £9.99 on sky or something. So where's the next free DVD rental:D. Thanks again :money:

:T Yes voucher came exactly as promised - although I was unable to take all the films I had listed for reasons of unexpected events, so cancelled rather quickly. These offers do often require strict adherence to their 'rules' i.e. listing 10 films in this case.

Mine came through about four weeks after I'd cancelled - I only had 8 films added to my list at the time and only actually received two of them (was a bit disorganised in sending them back in time to get any more!!!!). Anyone who is being told its cos they didn't have enought titles on their list should chase further if poss

Mine finally came after paying for an extra month at £9.99 and several phone calls and emails. I'm aware that LoveFilm own/operate a number of the other suppliers and this has put me off ever using any of them again.

I used the email address as suggested and was told ...........


Its because i didnt have 10 titles added :mad:
