Well don't keep the peace! Say what you think/feel, and if she doesn't like it, tough!! I just cannot understand the angst, if I didn't like anything, they'd know about it sharpish!! If they couldn't hack it, it's not my problem!! I've never been slow in coming forward, I see no point, as all it does is fester and gets worse and worse and leads to resentment. Say it like it is from the get go, and it will blow over far quicker, than to drag it on for months and years! And if she goes into a sulk, then let her!!0 -
I'd want to know too. There have been posts on here before about Grandmothers getting their Grandchild's ears pierced on a day out, that would worry me the most. She could be taking them to see Santa (or something similar) and denying the OP of the right to see the look on their own child's face the first time they do that. She could be taking them to a petting zoo that currently has health risks (that the OP is more likely to be privvy to than the grandmother) and so on and so on...Make £25 a day in April £0/£750 (March £584, February £602, January £883.66)
December £361.54, November £322.28, October £288.52, September £374.30, August £223.95, July £71.45, June £251.22, May£119.33, April £236.24, March £106.74, Feb £40.99, Jan £98.54) Total for 2017 - £2,495.100 -
it had crossed my mind she was taking them to see santa..which i would have been upset about as i had already made plans with hubby to go this weekend..if she could have told me we could have taken them together if hubby didnt mind not going
