I'd strongly suggest you log each time you call them (ideally on a phone where the number will be itemised on your bill) so you can prove that you made numerous efforts to get them to send the claim form. Maybe even post a letter recorded.

They wont take a request over the telephone  I had to send an email. They did reply and said that one will be sent out within 28 days... I can see this being a long drawn out process!

Thanks for the help, I have already saved the emails in case I end up needing to prove I tryed to get a form.

Comparing Phones 4 U with a firm in Birmingham that no one 'Offline' has ever heard of is bordering on ridiculous. :)
    Ok let me rephrase that.
Isn't that what the locals in Birmingham thought about mobileconnectionsonline.com? :p
  • Yes, you are wrong. The £50 is for the sale from Phones4u. They will not even know if you port your old number.

  • I ordered the same deal as you a few days ago, and I'm also planning to port my number from O2 to Orange. Phones4u aren't involved in porting your number, and even if they were I wouldn't see a reason for declining cashback.

sounds like another one of their tricks...
  • Looking to stop my contract with Orange (bad reception) and change to Vodafone. Like the look of this phone and deal but unsure if this is a good one or not. Do the cashback cheques arrive? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

  • Thanks. Think we're just going to be for one with instant cashback.
