Phones4u (merged)

Hi,

I am sending my first chequeback to phones4u. Is below the correct address to send the details to:

Redemption Department
Phones 4u Limited
PO Box 2453
Bristol
BS4 9WR

Does anybody have a contact number for the above?

Also in the "How to Claim" it says send a copy of your most recent netowrk bill, do i just send the first part of my statement or the whole thing?

Thanks

Can anyone confirm if the below address is correct (from phones4u website)?

    P.O. BOX 1276

Has anyone claim chequeback within the last month or two? any problems?
  • I have just been informed by phones4u chequeback that I am out of time for claiming. I contracted 4 phones at Christmas 2006 and duly sent off a claim in March and then June 2007. However, the phone bill I sent them was mine and not my daughters. They now tell me I am out of time and cannot be paid up. In the claim form it just says send a copy of your most recent network bill. Seemingly, mine as the main contractor is not the correct one. They wanted my daughters. This was not mentioned in the How to claim small print. I am potentially going to lose £200 ! Can I contest this and have any chance of success? I am so mad as I am very careful about dates and claiming. I feel I have been duped. My advice is send them all your bills for all the numbers if purchased at the same time. I could have done that very easily. I thought sending my own account bill details would be sufficient. I ramble. I am mad ! Alex

    Hello MSE friends
I had bought the cash back phone deal from phones 4u on 18/05/07 .As per the directions i need to send the 1st and the 6th paid monthly invoice .I'm confused as i got the first bill on 18/06/07 which was for two months (70 pounds) .Do i need to send the October invoice or the November invoice along with this 1st invoice?
    :confused::confused:

    Purchase date 18/05/07-Tariff orange dolphin -£35 -12month
    Invoice date (1st )- 18/06/07-70 pounds (charges from 18-05-07 to 18-07-07)

6th paid invoice - Oct or Nov ?

  • Hi, I hope somebody can advise me, I was collared by an assistant from phones 4 u when walking past the store last friday.

To cut a long story short I foolishly agreed to let them buy me out of my orange contract and signed up for a free phone on a vodaphone contract.

I signed the relevant paperwork but as I have had to wait for my pac code from orange left the store without the new phone.

In the meantime I have change my mind and wish to cancel the vodaphone contract and stay with orange, how do I stand, do I have the 7 day cooling off period even though I purchased in store, I am going to the shop tomorrow, and needto know my rights .

    Thanks for any help.
  • Please, can anybody advise me.
